When I was young, I used to enjoy spending time in my grandfather’s machine shop. I was very
inquisitive about how things worked. As I grew older, I started deconstructing things to see how
they were built and eventually would turn to sketch books and CAD programs to try to create new ways to build things. I once designed and built my own golf ball washing machine to clean
the hundreds of golf balls I would find for my resale business. I have a passion for engineering
design and love the hands-on approach to go from design to final build. Sometimes, with many
iterations along the way. When I’m not studying engineering at Texas A&M College Station or
working in my machine shop, I enjoy flying on my flight simulator: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. I also enjoy playing
golf and disc golf. This past summer I recently completed an internship position with Spirit AeroSystems where I gained knowledge on the world of aerostructure manufacturing. Please take a few moments to review some of my skills and projects below.
